Selastera Inc ("we," "our," or "us") operates the WingCall AI mobile application ("WingCall" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App and related services.
WingCall is an AI-powered mobile application that generates simulated emergency phone calls to help users gracefully exit uncomfortable social situations. WingCall calls only you. It does not place calls to other people. All calls are AI-generated simulations. No real phone calls are made to any phone number.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:

Audio Data
Voice input during active call sessions is processed in real time by third-party AI services to generate conversational responses. Audio is processed transiently and is not recorded or stored by WingCall or any of our third-party vendors. No voice data is retained after a call session ends.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To verify your identity and create your account via SMS one-time passcode (OTP) verification
To provide the core WingCall service, including generating AI-powered simulated calls
To process in-app purchases and manage your account balance
To improve the quality and performance of our App
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Third-Party AI Services
WingCall uses the following third-party AI services to deliver core app functionality:
Groq (groq.com) - Processes your voice input (speech-to-text transcription) and generates AI conversation responses. Your voice is transcribed in real time and the text is processed by Groq's language models. No audio or text is stored by Groq after processing.
ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io) - Converts AI-generated text responses into realistic speech audio that plays during your call. No voice data is stored by ElevenLabs after processing.
These services process data in real time during active call sessions only. No personal data, voice recordings, or conversation transcripts are retained by WingCall or any third-party vendor after a call session ends.
By using WingCall and accepting these terms, you consent to your voice and scenario data being processed by these third-party AI services for the sole purpose of providing the WingCall service.
5. SMS Messaging Policy
When you create a WingCall account, you consent to receive a one-time verification code via SMS from Selastera Inc. By providing your phone number and requesting a verification code, you agree to the following:
Message Purpose: We send SMS messages solely for account verification purposes. You will receive a one-time passcode (OTP) to verify your phone number when creating or signing into your account.
Message Frequency: One (1) SMS message per verification attempt.
Opt-In: By entering your phone number and tapping "Send Code" in the WingCall app, you expressly consent to receive a verification SMS from Selastera Inc.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Selastera Inc. Please note that opting out may prevent you from verifying your account.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
No Marketing Messages: We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS. Our SMS communications are limited exclusively to account verification.
We will not share your SMS opt-in data or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with our verification services. We may share your information with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely to enable delivery of verification messages.
6. How We Store and Protect Your Information
We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
Secure cloud-based database infrastructure (Supabase) with access controls and authentication
Limited data retention - we only store the minimum information necessary to operate your account
Your phone number is stored securely in our database for the purpose of account identification. We do not store passwords, as authentication is handled through one-time passcode verification.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information (phone number, display name, profile photo) for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our systems within thirty (30) days.
Call session data such as persona selections and call duration may be retained in anonymized form for analytics and service improvement purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal data.
Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data and account.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any message.

9. Children's Privacy
WingCall is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
